Blade snorted, taking a few steps forward as Anthony mounted him then he stopped, shifting under his weight. As the boy nudged him he snorted but walked on but as Anthony steered him with the reins Blade lowered his head, pulling on the reins. He wasn't used to this bridle seeing as it was a new one and the bit felt funny in his mouth.

Anthony noticed Blade wasn't used to being ordered around anymore, he let the reins fall limp in his hands so he had little control over the gelding. He decided to let Blade do what he wanted except leave the arena, he was probably going to be a difficult horse to ride.

Blade pricked his ears as Anthony dropped the reins and he shook his head and neck, relieved that there wasn't any contact through the reins which pulled on him. Blade raised his head and walked around the arena then soon he sped into a trot - which like his walk, was also very smooth adn easy.

Anthony relaxed and kept his hands loosely on the reins. Blade's gait was as smooth as a pebble. He new now that he liked little control over him so he was free to do what he wanted. The boy gave a small tug on the reins, trying to direct him towards a jump. He wanted to see how much skill in jumping he had.

Blade snorted slightly but went towards the smaller jumps. His ears pricked forward and his eyes alight. He picked up his pace slightly, stll in a trot though and once he got close enough to the jump his forlegs lifted from the ground and his hindlegs thrusted upward and he jumped over the jump with ease. He landed safely on the other side without even tipping the jump and he slowed into a calmer trot.

Anthony raised his eyebrows impressively and leaned forward into as the gelding flung himself into the air and over the jump. He smiled, he was a good jumper. The boy gently stroked his sweat-coated neck, "Good boy," Anthony murmured softly, waiting to see what the gelding wanted to do next.

Blade pricked his ears as Anthony petted him and praised him. He then looked around, wanting to do something which would make the boy happy.

Anthony gazed around, too, admiring the beautiful scenery of the stables. He sighed quietly and noticed the sun starting to come out as it was hiding behind the white, fluffy clouds. The boy wondered when someone had last ridden Blade, he seemed like he wanted a good workout.

Blade snorted as it started to get dark. suddenly a truck drove past the stables and the loud noise frightened Blade and he shied away sharply.

Anthony felt the gelding tense under the saddle and soothingly patted his neck, "Its okay," He murmured. The boy gathered the reins to steady him then casually dropped them again.

[Pinto]

Bade snorted and he calmed down a bit but he was now jumpy. His ears flicked back and forth, cautiously.

Anthony gently patted the gelding's neck, trying to calm him. He sighed and nudged his flank, he needed to excersise.

Blade's ears flicked back to face Anthony and as he nudged his flank Blade moved into a colleced walk.

Anthony yawned tiredly as he glanced around the arena, he would leave the larger jumps for another day, only the small jumps for today but he didn't want to control Blade too much so he held them loose.

Blade saw another jumped and he sped into a good trot towards it and he leapt off the ground, over the jump. He nearly clipped it bu just missed it. He landed on the other side in a quick canter and he turned to the right. He shouldn't have been cantering so fast. let alone cantering at all yet

Anthony praised Blade, he had done a little slip up but he regained perfectly. He slowed Blade to a halt, that was enough for one day. The boy dismounted and started leading him back to the stables.

Blade followed Anthony without hesitation.

Pheobie led Khalil Zukor to the jumping ring. He tightened his girth a bit more and mounted him. She walked him around for a few mnutes and then nudged him into a trot. They jumped a few of the smaller jumps then sped into a canter, going towards the bigger jumps. Pheobie wanted to get a few minutes of riding before leaving to her cabin for the night. They cleared the jumps with ease and as it got darker Phe slowed Zukor to a halt and dismounted him, fixing the stirrups and loosening the girth she led him back to his stall and untacked him, brushed him off, gave him his dinner and shut the stall door, watching him with a smile.

Anthony noticed Pheobie and her horse, he watched them for a moment but turned back and continued walking Blade back to his stable. He untacked him and put the tack away, it would need a good polish tomorrow. The boy returned and started grooming him until his coat shone brightly. He pulled down the checkered rug and pulled it back onto him. After doing up the straps, her slipped on a halter and lead him out into a spare stall next door and began mucking out his stall and put new bedding in. Then, he refilled his water and put some oats in his feed bucket and brang Blade back into his stall.

Blade gleefully went into his stall with pricked ears and he had a drink and then had some of his food.

Khalil nickered to Pheobie and nudged her happily before she petted him and walked off over to her cabin which she would be staying in for the month.

Anthony gently petted his silky face, watching him. "See you in the morning, boy," He said quietly and walked out of the spacious stall, shutting the door quietly behind him and strolled off towards the cabin he was assigned to for the month.

Blade snored as the boy left but then he laid down in a huff and stared at the stall door.

Pheobie unlocked the door and walked in. Only a couple of people had roommates and luckily Phe wasn't one of them. Phe went and sat on her bed with a sigh.

Anthony pulled the keys out of his jacket and jingled them lightly, unlocking the door. He walked in and put his backpack in one of the cupboards. The boy looked around the room, it was small with 1 single bed. The walls were painted a soft green and the carpet was a creamy color. There was a small window at the back of the room that overlooked the green pastures, curtains framing the edges made of thin cotton. He sighed and sat down on his bed and looked around idly.

at around 8pm Pheobie walked outside her cabin, turning off the light adn locking the door. She clutched her phone tightly in her hand as she walked out of the stables' property and down the street.

As Anthony looked out his window, he noticed a girl walk out of her cabin and down the street. He leapt to his feet and walked out his door, quietly locking it behind him. The boy glanced around and jogged down towards where he saw the girl going last. Where was she going?

Pheobie continued walking when her phone rang. She stopped and answered it"yes?"she asked into it atfer a few seconds she nodded"yeah...i'm coming.."she then hung up and with a heavy sigh she started walking again,
