Ammut the Destroyer of Souls, she was called. She lowered her head slightly nad arched her neck and snorted. She trotted gracefully around. Suddenly she felt a chill and she was shrouded by fog and shadows. Amma flicked her head up quickly, her eyes frantic as she saw where she was. Though she did not know the name of the place she knew it was trouble. Amma stopped and turned around but all she found was more fog, more shadows, but, worst of all. Further from her home. She had to get back to her human. She wouldn't survive out here. She just knew she wouldn't. Couldn't. Amma galloped off, lowering her head and bucking out, dangerously high. She plowed on through the forest, trying to find an exit but there was none. Would she die here?
Amma lifted her head and stopped, looking around. She couldn't find any good food and although she heard water she could not see it. Suddenly Amma felt another presense. Not that of a human or horse either. She sniffed. Wolf. She then heard growling and saw 3 wolves. One behind her and one of either side, leaving her front open. Amma gave a shrill neigh and reared, landing and taking off, the wolves following closely. She ran for what seemed like ages, time slowed down for her, which meant she slowed and the wolves kept going at the same speed. Suddenly she tripped over, something... What, she didn't know, but she tumbled to the ground and down a hill. By the time she was at the bottom she was covered at scratches, the blood sending the wolves in a frenzy as they leapt at her. She tried to stand but they were on her before she could do anything.
